Set across rolling green acreage overlooking the water, Coila – Solitude was a renovation designed to complete our clients’ forever home.
The project focused on elevating and refining the existing structure while ensuring every addition felt original to the home. New cladding and upgraded windows refreshed the exterior, improving performance while strengthening the home’s architectural presence within the landscape.
A former garage was thoughtfully converted into a dedicated office and storage zone, carefully integrated so the transition is seamless. Expansive decking and strong rooflines anchor the home to its surroundings, creating a sense of scale and calm that reflects its rural setting. Coila – Solitude is a project defined by restraint and intention—a home designed to sit quietly in the landscape, built to last for the next chapter of life.
